Doctor of Geography, Professor, Honored Scientist of Uzbekistan, scientist and favorite teacher of the current generation of geographers of our country Hamidulla Khasanovich Khasanov (1919-1985) devoted his life to scientific and pedagogical activity. His scientific and teaching activities include the history of geography, geographical terminology, toponymy, teaching methods, translation, science, journalism and other fields.
